Forge Live Studio is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. You use it at your own risk.

A subscription grants you the right to use Premium features for its period; it does not transfer ownership. Don’t resell, share or redistribute your account.

You are responsible for following the terms of the platforms you stream to (such as YouTube, Twitch and Kick).

Refunds: your first purchase includes a 14-day money-back guarantee; renewals are not refunded mid-period. See the Refund Policy for details.

Cancellation: you may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by email; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. Prices for an uninterrupted subscription remain unchanged.

Radio stations: The station owner is responsible for all content broadcast on the station and for any required copyright licenses. ForgeOcean may close any station it finds in breach of these terms or the law without prior notice.

We may update the software and these terms. Continued use means you accept the current version. Contact: info@forgeocean.com.
